Shipping and Billing
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 to 8 full business days, depending on your location.

Returns
Returns for purchases made at davekny.com must be made within 30 days of purchase. When shipping a return, you must include the original packing supplies and receipt. Be certain to save copies for your records. Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax, minus a 20% restocking fee. For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:

NO DROP-OFFS, please mail the product back to us. Davek reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
