If, during its lifetime, you find any defect in material or workmanship, or the umbrella should fail to function properly, we will gladly repair or replace it at no charge (except postage and handling).

If you need to send in your umbrella for maintenance:

After registration, return the umbrella and a check for $8.50* for shipping and handling to the address shown below. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for return. Please be sure to include a return address and phone number.

Do not return the umbrella to the store at which it was purchased. If your model has been discontinued, we will send you a replacement Davek umbrella of comparable value. Davek reserves the option to replace any umbrella returned or offer a refund for original price of product.
