These products are protected unconditionally from damage and defects in material and workmanship. If, during its lifetime, you find any defects or the umbrella should fail to function properly for any reason, we will gladly repair or replace it at no charge (except shipping & handling). Only those products listed are covered under the lifetime guarantee.

Owners must register to keep their umbrella protected under the Unconditional Lifetime Warranty (click red button below for registration form).

If you need to send in your item for maintenance:

After registration, return the item and a check for $9.95* for shipping and handling to the address shown below. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for return. Please be sure to include a return address and phone number.

Only those products covered under the lifetime guarantee may be returned for repair/replacement. Do not return the product to the store at which it was purchased. If your model has been discontinued, we will send you a replacement model of comparable value. Davek reserves the option to replace any item returned or offer a refund for original price of product.
